INDEMNITY
1.1 I am participating in this trip with Imam Hussain Tours trading as Journey of Faith LTD voluntarily and at my own risk.
1.2 I am aware that risks exist and may arise during the trip, including but not limited to the hazards of traveling by air, bus, coach, tram, train, vehicle, water transport, or other means, which may result in death, injury, illness, or damage to my property.
1.3 I personally and voluntarily assume all the risks for any harm, trauma, injury, or damage that I may suffer to my person or my property (whether foreseen or unforeseen) in connection with the trip.
1.4 I understand that there may be breakdowns, delays, and sudden changes of schedules and/or cancellation of travel plans, and Imam Hussain Tours trading as Journey of Faith LTD will not be held responsible for any such delays, changes, or cancellations.
1.5 I understand that my property, including but not limited to luggage and personal items, may get lost or damaged during the trip, and I waive any right to claim any loss or damage from Imam Hussain Tours trading as Journey of Faith LTD in relation to the same.
1.6 I understand that it is advisable for me to obtain suitable travel insurance coverage before embarking on the trip to cover any medical expenses, personal injuries, accidents, lost or damaged personal items, lost or delayed baggage, cancellation, or missed departure, among other possible incidents during the trip.
1.7 I (and my heirs, assigns, executors, and/or administrators) unconditionally release, discharge, and indemnify Imam Hussain Tours trading as Journey of Faith LTD, its affiliates, servants, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to my property, or any injury or death to me arising in any manner whatsoever (including through the negligence of any other person or entity) out of my participation in the trip.
1.8 I confirm that if any term or provision of this Indemnity is found to be unenforceable or void, in whole or in part, then the offending term shall be construed as valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of this Indemnity shall remain in full force and effect. This Indemnity shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
1.9 I acknowledge that I have accepted the risks stated above and have given the indemnity above of my own free will. I have not relied upon any verbal, written, or visual representations or statements made by Imam Hussain Tours trading as Journey of Faith LTD and/or its affiliates, servants, employees, agents, and contractors.
1.10 By signing this document, I further agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Imam Hussain Tours trading as Journey of Faith LTD, its affiliates, servants, employees, agents, and contractors in the same manner as provided in this indemnity for any loss or damage
suffered by the individuals mentioned below, whom I am traveling with, or their property, in connection with this trip.
PAYMENT
2.1 After registration, your regional representative will inform you of the deposit amount payable. This deposit is non-refundable and is required to confirm your place on the trip. In the event that you change your mind and/or are unable to make the trip, we will discuss with you whether the deposit (in full or in part) can be refunded to you, depending on the costs we have incurred on your behalf.
